🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨 I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it. I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute. Here's the primer: USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG. Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building. You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more. Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself. This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening. In their own words: "We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead. Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself. DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members. Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins. The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings. Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff. In the words of Reiff/DRG: "So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan." Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress." Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond. The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape. Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after. Who decides when your government is legitimate?

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨 Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating." According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska. Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds. The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms. Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan: "We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker." Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call: "We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful." In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want. ➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting. ➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability." The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy. And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections. In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one." As for ending the two-party duopoly? "That's very secondary right now." Put those statements together. A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP. The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

RT @CynicalPublius: Bluesky is a melting pot of abject stupidity, Marxist allegiance, poor judgment, bitterness over failed careers and a deep belief that dissenting opinions are never to be tolerated. This toxic combo results in a steaming cesspool of fetid mental anguish coupled with unsuppressed expressions of impending violence for anyone who dares to disagree with their dysfunctional orthodoxies. Bluesky is the true evil of the Left laid bare for all to see.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 10: THE ROLE OF FOREIGN STATES🚨 (First post deleted for typo) How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor? Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance: • Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings. • Media narratives are pre-seeded. • Foreign officials provide cover. The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations. The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it." In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country. We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

RT @data_republican: Honestly, Florida, I just don't get why anyone would vote for a Democrat. Granted, Byron has issues, but voting for a Democrat or not voting is a vote against our Republic. The seditionists are prowling for blue governors with the promise of declaring the federal government illegitimate. Do you know that Jolly turned from a staunchly pro-life candidate as a Republican to wanting to legalize abortion up to 24 weeks in the state of Florida as a Democrat? Right there, it proves that Jolly is not a man of conviction. He just wants to win! The best governor of my lifetime, @GovRonDeSantis, has endorsed Byron Donalds because this is not about people who have hurt feelings. This is about a majority. Time to vote RED! We have a country to save!

RT @SKDoubleDub33: With @DataRepublican’s release of The Democracy Files over the last week, I have a request. Please be praying for our country, our leaders, and the elections leading up to midterms November 3rd. “Breaking” and “Beliefs” are two of the unnamed Bs in the 4 B movement. They don’t have plans to just break our government structure and the constitution. They have to break you and your beliefs too. These people not only have an end goal of communism with a one world government, they also have the goal of one world religion. <—Typing that makes me feel like I’m going to be hauled off to the looney bin, because it truly sounds insane. It’s not. These are their plans. It’s so hard to begin to understand the gravity of what our country is facing if the left gets control. I know every election people always make it sound like *THIS* election is the one that will determine the survival of our country, but we’re at a point where it really is true. It won’t happen immediately after they get control, but it will happen over the next decade. You can bookmark that. If you love freedom (actual freedom from government intervention, not the “freedom” the left speaks about), American values and everything this country represents, you HAVE to vote like your very way of life depends on the outcome of, not only midterms, but all elections going forward. It is your civic duty to vote. We cannot allow our country to fall into the hands of these people that wish to see everything that makes America the greatest country in the world flushed down the toilet to be replaced by a dystopian third world hell hole. (See Europe) It’s our responsibility to the future generations to save this country. This isn’t the time for “teaching lessons” to the republican politicians or refusing to vote because Congress hasn’t been accomplishing everything we wanted. The time for teaching lessons is primaries. If we can pull off some wins in midterms to maintain control, we will be afforded the opportunity to fight another day against the evils that want to see our country fall. Pray, vote, take friends and family to vote. Share DataRepublican’s posts with everyone you know. Read every post in this thread 👇🏼

How does one “engineer the soul” so that individualistic dyed-in-the-wool Americans and their country could be transformed to a nation and a citizenry that is willing to submit to a new governmental system that would require them to sacrifice and redistribute their wealth and resources for the “good of all”?

RT @DefiyantlyFree: James Talarico went viral preaching about Christianity at a time when the left needed voices to counter conservative Christians. He used the viral success of that to appear on Joe Rogan in July 2025, and launch a Senate campaign two months later. His religious message is part and parcel of his persona. That makes what he preaches fair game for scrutiny. First, he was a seminary student, not an ordained pastor. Second nearly 2,000 years, Christian opposition to abortion has been explicit. The Didache, one of the earliest Christian writings outside the New Testament, condemns it outright. Talarico says “the Bible is silent on abortion,” that life “starts when you take your first breath,” and that “God asks for Mary’s consent… You cannot force someone to create.” Genesis describes God breathing life into Adam, a man formed from dust. It does not say that every human life begins at first breath. Mary’s willing acceptance of bearing Jesus does not establish a right to end an existing pregnancy. In November 2022, he filed HJR 56, proposing a constitutional amendment that would prevent the Texas Legislature from restricting abortion access when the decision was made in consultation with a licensed physician. ( He has invoked creation to defend his position on biological sex. Genesis says, “Male and female He created them,” Talarico stood on the Texas House floor opposing legislation requiring school sports participation to be separated by biological sex, “God is both masculine and feminine and everything in between. God is nonbinary.” In a separate committee hearing, he said there were “six” biological sexes, listing chromosome variations as additional sexes. Now that he is running statewide though, he says there are two sexes and acknowledges that his earlier statement was wrong. He also says he was “being provocative” with the nonbinary remark. That’s only because he can’t win on that message in a national race. The racial language he used is also disqualifying. After Ahmaud Arbery’s killing, he wrote: “White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go—through our words, our actions, and our systems. We don’t have to be showing symptoms—like a white hood or a Confederate flag—to be contagious.” You can’t say that about any race or religion that’s called collective guilt and we don’t practice that as Christians. Christianity requires us to confront injustice and examine our own conduct. It’s a personal commandment not a collective one. The pattern is that Talarico repeatedly presents disputed political conclusions under the authority of Christian teaching. Jesus warned us: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing.” He also gave us the test: “By their fruits ye shall know them.” He chose to run on his Christian worldview, he should be judged by it. And if you are a Christian his public distortion of Christianity is disqualifying. And if you’re not a Christian his position on multiple genders and his refusal to protect women in sports is also disqualifying.

This was the day that Indivisible was created. Indivisible was a Pantsuit Nation spinoff. Pantsuit Nation began as a massive Facebook group with millions that privately sounded off in support of Hillary. (Austin Texas, I’ve been complaining about it being the center of all things bad.) Anywho, the first monetary supporter of Indivisible in December 2016, was a Pantsuit Nation leader, Andrea Catone, in New Jersey. She formed Action Together since Pansuit Nation wasn’t interested in utilizing regime change protests. “Pantsuit Nation wanted to steer clear of the political fray, while Pantsuit Nation New Jersey wanted to join it.  After putting it to a vote among members, Catone renamed her page Action Together New Jersey. Pantsuit groups from other states and cities did the same, giving rise to a national Action Together Network (ATN) that includes 50 Facebook groups and 200,000 members. Indivisible was one of their first clients to support monetarily.” Andrea Catone is quite the rebel which is to be expected from a radical communist that supports the Chinese Communist Party. 🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS 🚨 In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form." Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. All the receipts are in this video. 👇 Note: two current federal workers were in the files. As they are not public figures, I withheld these names. I gave them over to contacts in their agencies instead.

Your tax dollars are paying arrogant federal bureaucrats, whose standard of living, salary and benefits generally exceed the median standards of our nation, and who possess job security that is unheard of in the private sector, to actively seek to overthrow our Constitutional order. They are undermining YOUR CHOICE as American voters because they know what is best for you even if you do not (or so they believe). The arrogance is breathtaking. Besides the fact that we need to root these people out and fire them, we need to outlaw public sector unions. It is the union dues that ultimately come from YOUR TAX DOLLARS that are fed back to Democrat politicians as campaign contributions that perpetuate this noxious self-licking ice cream cone.

RT @uneedsoap: 🚨@DataRepublican has been documenting the network discussing a “Fourth Founding,” with a political crisis potentially creating an opening for major structural reform. I have been reviewing the Democracy Files exposed by @DataRepublican, @SKDoubleDub33, and @iamlisalogan. While going through them, I stumbled upon this document. It matters because it shows what one possible legal vehicle looks like. It is a ready made “Emergency Application” for a state legislature to invoke Article V: “Be it resolved by the legislature of the State of ______” If 34 state legislatures submit qualifying applications, Congress must call a convention to propose constitutional amendments. Any amendment would still need approval from 38 states. The draft proposes changes involving federal power, spending, term limits, checks and balances, and Citizens’ Assemblies. It also says convention delegates would be elected by popular vote, instructed through state Citizens’ Assemblies, and subject to immediate recall if they departed from their mandate. No Article V convention has taken place, and the Constitution does not answer many of the procedural questions raised by this proposal. An attached comment then suggests launching a January 2026 campaign for an Article VII “National Citizens’ and Constitutional Convention.” That creates an even larger legal question.. Article VII was used to ratify the Constitution written in 1787. It does not provide a modern process for calling another convention or replacing the current Constitution. This document adds an important piece to what @DataRepublican has been reporting. The “Fourth Founding” discussion was not limited to just rhetoric about a future crisis. The documents include reusable legislative language for opening the constitutional amendment process, along with comments exploring an “Article VII” route that the Constitution does not actually provide.

They need to demoralize the American spirit for a communist takeover, especially in our troops. 2. He’s abolishing DEI and firing woke Generals. Their communist infiltrators are being hunted and destroyed. 3. He’s strengthening our military power and reestablishing US hegemony. Dems need it weakened from within so it can potentially defeated by China/Russia and absorbed into NATO/UN. 4. He’s unapologetically blowing up cartel drug boats. Dems want to protect their cartel partners’ profits, and keep the human and drug trafficking flowing. 5. He’s secured the border. They want millions more to stuff the 2030 census in blue states. Pete hasn’t done anything illegal, but he is an existential threat to the communist agenda.

RT @CynicalPublius: This is one of the most shocking drops yet. Coordination with foreign powers to overthrow our government? Shockingly awful. Having said that, I'd like to correct something I said on a Spaces where I commented that organizing with a foreign power to overthrow our government is "the very definition of treason." I did some legal research and that's not quite true. The federal law governing this is 18 U.S. Code § 2381, which reads as follows: "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States." The question then becomes, what is an "enemy" that must be "adhere[d]" to in order for it to be treason? Like with most complex issues of law, there is not a 100% straightforward answer, but an 1863 SCOTUS case, U.S. v. Greathouse, suggests that an "enemy" in this context must be in an open state of armed conflict with the U.S. for a nation to be an "enemy." So, technically, the Color Revolution plotters are likely not legally committing "treason" unless they are coordinating with Iran, the only nation we are currently in armed conflict with. (And they may well be, who knows!) Sedition, OTOH? 😯

Just FYI, Section 2383 of Title 18 of the United States Code reads as follows: "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 9: THE BIG PICTURE 🚨 Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?" I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time. What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup. Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD. It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project. I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops. I think the video covers it pretty well...

Governor Newsom on 17 October: "The whole - the system's broken. It's completely unbalanced. And you can't - we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine." Then within the files, I see very similar language: "The system is broken — and it cannot fix itself." Does that mean the specific ex-USAID workers we've been tracking are controlling Newsom? No. But as you've seen throughout these files, every individual in the ecosystem belongs to multiple NGOs and alliances. They network constantly. They attend each other's conferences. They form coalitions on similar projects. They give each other feedback. That's how they develop a hive mind. The proposed methods may differ from group to group, but they are all converging on one goal: America governance must be rewritten from top down, and soon.

RT @DataRepublican: Exactly right Glenn. You touched on why color revolutions are so damaging and do not work: they destroy a country's legitimacy. That's why they never deliver "democracy." They deliver civil war and Balkanization. The end result of forced structural reform won't be "oh, well, the Democrats won, we'll give up." It'll be a country that's irreversibly broken and has delegitimized itself. This is what we need to do:

RT @glennbeck: The DSA is laying a multi-sided trap for 2028. On one side, they plan to have street riots break out like in France. On the other, they’re planning backdoor legal games in statehouses. And the midterms are just the beginning. @DataRepublican exposed that their goal with the street riots is to force Trump into invoking the Insurrection Act. Then, Democrats can frame military presence as "tyranny" and defy federal authority. Meanwhile, a separate report by Jason Snead exposes the second leg of the strategy: the National Popular Vote Compact. Backed by left-wing statehouse operatives, it only needs four more states to sign on before electors can overrule their own state’s voters, creating a legal "doomsday machine" designed to trigger mass chaos before an election is even certified. The real prize isn't taking the White House. It’s what they’ve always wanted: if they can create enough chaos to erase public trust in our institutions, they can usher in the total destruction of our Constitution and replace it with their own power.

RT @nataliegwinters: A left-wing 2026 midterm playbook explicitly invokes Serbia and Brazil as precedents for mass street mobilization. Then tells American readers: “We may have to do that here.” Freedom Trainers’ published plan lays out a sequence: → Organize voters. → Mobilize during ballot counting. → Escalate to economic noncooperation if election results* are not honored. The final stage proposes demonstrations at state capitals and locations where disruption can create economic pressure. It points readers toward Indivisible and May Day Strong, quoting the latter’s slogan: “No work. No school. No shopping.” Indivisible, in turn, directs its own supporters to Freedom Trainers’ election-scenario workbook and names ballot seizures or refusal to seat winners as potential triggers for large-scale protests.
