I’ve been asked this a lot this morning, so for clarification:
1) the initial agreement targeting GLP-1 with the IP and very sophisticated IP / patient management software from REBOOT was completed, is closed and definitive as of last week. We began the planning process yesterday for the implementation of what will be a major update to the Health Lives Here app targeting our core focus of GLP-1 users, initially
2) this amended and restated LOI seeks to consolidate that IP for all of healthcare leveraging the goal-focused software that exists and has achieved an impressive proof of concept (including billing) , with a particular focus for us on chronic diseases - including Long COVID and cancer. These patients need tremendous support on their patient journey to health and the finance component cannot be ignored in the US
3) the wearables IP from Scilex $SCLX is expected to add a unique component to help physicians better understand compliance and more rapidly make adjustments, over time, that are needed to improve patient outcomes. As data becomes available, we will be working with KOLs to understand the thresholds that are meaningful for patients, physicians and payors. Treatment first, with a view towards achieving ‘event’ prevention
4) the expanded DataVault IP license would ultimately allow us to put all the data onchain and we are working through the privacy (de- identification) issues that will include leveraging $DVLT’s quantum infrastructure. No one else has this. This will be especially important for frontier AI labs seeking to get access to data to train their models and will ensure traceability so said data never gets into the wrong hands (a major problem today).
This is separate from the already closed
PharmacyChain license regarding putting pharma serialization onchain and will be focused on fraud prevention. Chain of custody is paramount for safety in pharmaceuticals and rooting out fake/compromised supply will save lives and prevent acute events and chronic downstream side effects
5) the EOS/REBOOT medical drone components are intended for the future delivery of medical supplies to uncork bottlenecks and reduce costs - a major barrier to medical supply movement, especially samples for lab testing and black box drugs. This is designed to reduce turnaround times, leveraging our de-centralized network of independent pharmacies as local distribution centers
6) Tollo is all about what MAHA wants: better nutrients to improve health. While the food we eat is not what we are doing, the medical foods and supplements we ingest are of increasing importance especially in a world where people eat much less due to GLP1s and allergies from chronic disease. Moreover, it is well known that the right nutrition is extremely important for patients with chronic illness - an area completely overlooked by modern physicians and our insurance carrier overlords.
These are being added to our existing pharmacy, lab and digital infrastructure so each division can deliver on the vertical integration of healthcare through Health Lives Here, and separately offer users/partners outside of our vertical ecosystem access in a unit by unit basis to our unique offerings, such as Forzet/Galectovid/Tollovid or Helomics (every cancer patient taking chemo should have serial ChemoFx testing on each successive biopsy to confirm ongoing efficacy and chemo regimen optimization).
It’s a lot. We know it’s a lot. But doing healthcare piece by piece allows for disinterested parties to create barriers. By consolidating, we can remove those barriers and create the flywheel.
That is how healthcare gets solved to the benefit of patients and physicians and the amazing healthcare professionals in between while cutting out the waste and fraud, and also eliminating much of the administrative burden through automation that drives costs and extends timelines (which themselves add to disease burden)
