But wait, I thought she had said there's never any election registration fraud, identity theft, erroneous birthdates, and never any illegal ballot mules to nullify any legitimate votes? Because of this, New York City Board of Elections @BOENYC has now admitted system failures and allowing fake registrations.

Exactly. Combat is power. The United States as superpower ceases to exist without conventional power plants using oil and gas to generate power. No real national defense based only on wind, solar, or hydropower.

FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water. The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis. Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures." Full story here

RT @Joeoltmann: "Absolutely not."… that is what Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson told KUTV when she was asked if she would ever hand the Justice Department the voter rolls, and now she is taking a victory lap because Judge David Barlow tossed the DOJ case Friday with prejudice so it cannot even be refiled. Let me explain what this is actually about. The DOJ asked for the complete, unredacted voter registration list, the kind of data you need to match a name on the roll to a real driver's license number, a real Social Security number and a real date of birth, and the argument was simple… the Civil Rights Act of 1960 gives the attorney general the authority to inspect voter registration records to make sure states are actually maintaining their rolls. She offered the public list instead, the same list any campaign can get its hands on, and when they said that does not do the job she dug in and said absolutely not. So ask yourself a simple question. If your rolls are clean, why fight this hard to make sure nobody outside your office can check them? Why is the chief election officer of one of the reddest states in the country celebrating the fact that nobody gets to verify the list her own office keeps? How is this even a thing? I am all for privacy, and yet this is not some hacker or some marketing firm asking, it is the federal government asking whether the people on the rolls are real, alive and eligible, which is the entire point of having a roll in the first place. Privacy is the shield they always grab when someone wants to look under the hood, and it works every time because nobody wants to be the guy who argues against privacy. And make no mistake, this is a Republican. Not Jena Griswold, not some blue state secretary of state, a Republican lieutenant governor in Utah doing the exact thing the left would do and calling it a win for fair and secure elections. Meanwhile the DOJ is sending about six lawyers and paralegals to watch Utah polling places in November, and Harmeet Dhillon says that has nothing to do with Henderson. Fine… watch closely anyway. Deidre… if the rolls are clean, prove it and hand them over. @realDonaldTrump take this one to the Tenth Circuit.

Law Professor Compares Trump to Hitler and Calls for Mass Protests! "Adolf Hitler... His face was scribbled out... Let us do the same" to President Trump. Professor Jennifer Taub is a Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and served as Recent Developments Editor of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal. She stated that she is now back and that there are no clips of him on the show. She said she will scribble him out anytime she shows him, including on cover slides for the podcast. Taub explained the reference by recalling that when she was a child, her school had paper dictionaries. Students would flip through them to look up words, sometimes dirty words and sometimes unfamiliar ones. They also looked at pictures of famous faces. After learning about the Holocaust at around age nine or ten, she noticed that when she turned to the page with Adolf Hitler, his face had been scribbled out. She repeated that it was “scribbled out.” Taub said, “Let us do the same.” She noted that she would normally say not to deface books, but that Donald Trump’s visage “defaces humanity.” She said she looks forward to the day when he is scribbled out and placed in “our dustbin of history.” She acknowledged that he is not the only one, and that it is not just his enablers but the system in which people operate. She said a person like Donald Trump is not sui generis and did not invent himself. In her words, he is “the kind of filth that is extruded from a system that elevates the private property rights of a few versus the private property rights and the identities and the humanity and everything else of the many.” Taub concluded that there will be a reckoning, which she firmly believes will occur at the ballot box, through rallies in the streets, and ultimately through an expanded Supreme Court. She added, “Let’s hope.” This law professor further also published an article in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine.that people need to “persuade people to keep showing up at rallies in increasingly larger numbers,” citing Erica Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. In doing so, she encourages the view “that civil resistance works far better to achieve large-scale political change than violence does,” based on the concept that “no government has withstood a challenge of 3.5 percent of their population mobilized against it during a peak event. On November 5, 2025, the professor published the article titled “Defeating Tyranny with the 3.5 Percent Rule” in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine. Taub concludes by stating, “We the People must use our power and protest by the numbers. Let’s get to a single-day nonviolent protest with 11 million participants. We can test out Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. Let’s do it for science and for democracy.” This serves as a prime example of the current generation being indoctrinated by their professors. What is most alarming is that this is happening in our law schools.

Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden. The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force. Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony. Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF. RT @WadeMiller: I've been going through the Democracy Files leaks @DataRepublican has been releasing, and whether or not any of this ultimately meets the legal bar for seditious conspiracy. The plan these organizers are discussing doesn't hold together unless you assume their "non-violence" language is masking their true intentions from public consumption. Their red line is the Insurrection Act as a potential triggering action, there may be others, but all of the potential triggering acts that have been hinted at are lawful actions. Nobody invokes the Insurrection Act over people walking down the street with signs. It doesn't happen. The Guard deployments in LA and Portland last year to counteract violent protestors weren't even the Insurrection Act. The only scenario where it actually gets invoked is one where there is sustained violence that local authorities can't or won't control. So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening. You can say "non-violence" as many times as you want. The plan doesn't work without the violence. That's a wink and a nod tactic to cya legally. But understand the logic flow of what comes next. In the transcripts published by The Post Millennial and WECU, the talk is about governors becoming "the leading governing authority," about how to "wall off these illegitimate individuals," and about moving "into an extra-constitutional process." In other words, the federal response has been labeled illegitimate before anything has even happened. That's where this starts to matter legally. The seditious conspiracy statute covers conspiring to oppose by force the authority of the United States, or to prevent, hinder or delay by force the execution of any law. The Supreme Court said back in 1887 that if federal officers carrying out the law are forcibly opposed by people who conspired for that purpose, that is exactly what the statute was written for. If violence breaks out, and the federal government steps in to protect communities, and these same organizers then use ongoing violent protests to tell governors and the public that the federal government is no longer legitimate, that bleeds out of activism and into something far more serious. Advocating an idea isn't a crime necessarily and the courts have been clear about that. But there is a big difference between teaching an abstract idea and lining up the lawyers, the bail money and the governing plan for the day after. Maria Stephan, who co-leads the Horizons Project, the group that co-wrote the toolkit for these organizers, wrote in 2020 that calling the George Floyd protests violent riots "is simply untrue" and that the looting and vandalism were "a minute portion" of it, "largely committed by opportunists." Erica Chenoweth, whose 3.5% rule keeps coming up in these circles, co-wrote that claims the protests were overtaken by rioting "are false." Paul Zeitz wrote last year that troops had been "deployed against peaceful protestors" in LA. So they are obviously hiding behind legalese to cover their tracks while having a background of defining violent protests as non-violent. All of this tells you exactly how they'll describe the violence when it comes. “It isn't really violence, it's a tiny percentage, it's opportunists, and the real threat is the federal response.” They're being evasive and misleading, intentionally. The question now is what the full archive shows. If anyone on these calls is planning to physically resist federal law enforcement once it shows up, or keeps backing these movements after they've clearly turned violent, that's not politics anymore. And it’s worth repeating this last point. If the organizers of this say “peaceful protest” now, but advocate for advancing their plan to delegitimize the authority of the United States government after violent protests break out, they will be exposed to more obvious legal scrutiny.

RT @DataRepublican: I just came across this in an Open Society Foundations document about how to fix public “mistrust” of liberal "democracy," and I honestly feel sick reading it. I've read many alarming quotes, but few are so "mask off" like this. "I believe the time has come for a responsible, courageous elite, those who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general good—to whom the electorate… can cede part of their sovereignty in the elections—will be able to justify public trust and spearhead... our struggle to survive."" Read that again. The proposed solution to the public's distrust in democracy... is less democracy. An unelected "elite" to whom the public should cede sovereignty. Abolish democracy to save democracy. This kind of thinking is what we're up against.
