In Nepal, Avik Ghimire helped build a GTM community to show the next generation another path. He finished 3rd at Clay Cup with that community in his corner. Growing up, he never pictured himself running an agency or competing on a global stage. Now he wants younger people in Nepal to see a path beyond becoming a doctor or an engineer, with one of the world’s best GTMEs right there in their community.

Growing up in Warsaw, Poland, taught Leszek Lammel that “your circumstances don’t get the final say.” We filmed this before he took 2nd at Clay Cup. He’s spent his career working with startups, and describes building in Clay as a flow state where he gets to be the architect.
