Great to see @jla_editorial to receive impact factor (3.9) in JCR for the first time this year. Its journal citation indicator is at its high (2.32). This makes it 27 out of 742 indexed journals in #education and educational research. Well done #learninganalytics!

Do you know what has a value of 3.9? Well, 3.9 is the impact factor of the Journal of Learning Analytics! Finally, after so many years, we finally got our first impact factor #learninganalytics @jla_editorial @SoLAResearch 🎉🥂🧨

I'm somewhat dismayed about the state of AI adoption - largely because university leadership isn't ready for this. We pulled together a starting template for assessing AI tools (higher education). We welcome thoughts/opinions: #AIED #learninganalytics

JLA is excited to receive its 1st Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) from @clarivate as a Web of Science indexed pub. In top 10% of Edu/Edu Research journals (48/722,Q1) our JCI of 2.21 shows 121% more citation impact than avg edu journal #LearningAnalytics #JCR2021 @SoLAResearch

Done a grown up thing - published first academic paper on #learninganalytics with my most excellent colleague Dr Rebecca Siddle. Not doing that again: it was really hard (more serious tweet to follow (probably))

You don’t have a student data problem. You have a “why is this data in three different systems?” problem. Flexible data pipelines can turn scattered data into a connected data layer. We can build these for you. 👉 See how. #LearningAnalytics #EdTech #FridayVibes #FridayFeeling #FridayMotivation #HappyFriday #Education #DataAnalytics #Technology
