    Spain to use #Novavax for boosters in previously vaccinated with mRNA. More countries on the cusp of approving the same as they realize mRNA boosters don’t prevent Omi transmission. $NVAX is also ahead in the #MultiValent game. Science cannot be ignored.

    Even IF #Omicron is mild, It’s unlikely to wipe out #DeltaVariant. The more likely scenario is co-circulation. A #MultiValent Vaccine 🎯 ing both these strains, that is safe, cheap, logistically easy will be needed. #Novavax fits the bill and #Nanoflu combo is a bonus. $NVAX

    @swapneilparikh #Covovax has hands down advantages over SpikeVax (Moderna) due to low reactogenicity and wide therapeutic window apart from cost, logistics, durability of protection and ease of formulating #MultiValent jabs. Not to mention the NanoFlu Combo. $NVAX

    That’s b/c what the world needs most is a well tolerated, effective booster shot that is easily combined with a flu shot that as many people as possible will seek to get annually. mRNA is a big ask given how crummy it makes many people feel, but protein vaccines are easy.
