On its map of the past 30 days, regions with three or more reported shutdowns are marked in orange. One or two get yellow. None get green. The Kremlin’s internet crackdown is spreading across the country. Not a problem confined to Moscow. The orange regions have been hit repeatedly. For people trying to communicate, work or get information, each shutdown is another reminder that access can be taken away.

Iran still has heavy ongoing filtering, throttling, and tiered "Internet Pro" access left over from the long 2026 blackouts, but nothing countrywide right now.
