    قبضہ کی زمین پر مسجد/مرکز کا حکم اور مفتی محمود مرکز پشاور 👈کسی کی زمین یا عوامی حق پر قبضہ (غصب/تجاوزات) کرنا کبیرہ گناہ ہے۔
حدیث: «مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ظُلْمًا طَوَّقَهُ اللَّهُ إِيَّاهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ» (بخاری و مسلم) ‼️قبضہ کی جگہ پر مسجد بنانا جائز نہیں، کیونکہ وقف کے لیے مالک ہونا ضروری ہے۔ ‼️ایسی جگہ پر نماز مکروہ تحریمی ہے آج پشاور میں مفتی محمود مرکز (جمعیت علمائے اسلام ف کا صوبائی ہیڈکوارٹر) کا کچھ حصہ PDA کی طرف سے تجاوزات (52 فٹ رائٹ آف وے) قرار دے کر مسماری کا نوٹس آیا ہے۔ کارکنان نے مرکز گھیر لیا ہے اور کہہ رہے ہیں "ایک انچ بھی نہیں گرانے دیں گے" 👈سوال یہ ہے: جو علماء خود عوام کو قبضہ اور غصب کی وعیدیں سناتے رہتے ہیں، ان کے اپنے مرکز کا وہ حصہ جو انتظامیہ کے مطابق عوامی جگہ/رائٹ آف وے پر ہے، کیا اسی شرعی اصول سے مستثنیٰ ہے؟ جب مرکز کا کچھ حصہ تجاوزات ہیں تو شریعت کے مطابق خود ہٹا دیں تاکہ “اللہ طیب ہے اور صرف پاک قبول کرتا ہے” کا درس عملی طور پر بھی نظر آئے۔

    Spoiler: there are dozens of other accounts on FinX with cartoon, anime or hot girl profile pics who lie about: 1. Their job. 2. Their portfolio value. 3. Their returns. 4. Their age. I can only repeat a possible solution: make your portfolio and trades public. Performance doesn't lie. Make it 3rd party verified. Own the wins and the fails. I love it when people try to dunk one me for bad trades because that literally proves the point that I'm transparent. The fact that you can see ALL my mistakes and bad timings is what makes me transparent. Even more important: I share allocation! You realize how many accounts on X literally add 1% positions in extremely speculative stocks and then post like it's their main position after a green day? Needless to say they don't mention all the 1% stocks that go nowhere or crash. I know many such people and I got all the receipts. People who claim they make no mistakes are obviously the bad apples. We ALL constantly buy too late, sell to early, FOMO into stocks before doing proper DD, sell because a post on X about the risks scares us, etc. But even when people admit a mistake or two that can be selective honesty to appear transparent. True transparency is sharing 100% of trades and that's what I'm doing, no matter how many people get pissed or hate me for selling a stock they like ✌🏻 P.S. Here are some people I KNOW are legit: @itsalasdairmann @Sandeman52 @babyfolio @LucasSacerdote_ @MarkosAAIG @DrTomsLens @michaelsikand And I'm sure there are many more, but I will only vouch for people after I meet them in person or talk to them. With many folks you can just tell from writing a few DMs back and forth they are fake.
