The News by @malpractice_net Eight news channels endlessly broadcasting, but with no access to the world they’re supposedly reporting on. No AI, no internet connection, no actual news feed, just code, synthetic voices and a simplified studio generating the language of 24h news. Each channel takes the same vague, unknowable event and tells the story differently, using familiar news conventions to create urgency and authority. The clever part is that the NFT can never receive new information, creating a “live” broadcast that has lost it's subject, trapped in an eternal present on a world it can no longer see.
