A few days ago, I climbed the Tower of Pisa for the first time. When the Tower of Pisa began to lean, it was seen as a mistake an engineering flaw, a symbol of failure. And yet, centuries later, that very "imperfection" turned it into one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. Every year, around 5 million people visit Piazza dei Miracoli, yet only about 500,000 get the chance to climb the Tower of Pisa, simply because there isn’t enough room for everyone. What changed?
